Sharon is a legal graduate from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and before her appointment, she served as the Call Center Supervisor and later on promoted to be the Call Centre Manager.

Her transition into operations and Team Management has been fueled by a deep commitment to fairness, efficiency and clear process- skills honed during her legal training.
