Ms. Sharon Mariera serves as the Call Center Manager at Oya Microcredit Kenya where she leads the daily operations of the Customer Support Team with a focus on operational excellence, team development and delivering outstanding service. Known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to lead under pressure, Sharon plays a key role in ensuring that both customers and team members have a positive seamless experience. Sharon is a legal graduate from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and before her appointment, she served as the Call Center Supervisor and later on promoted to be the Call Centre Manager.

With an academic background in Law, Sharon onboards analytical thinking, problem solving skills and a structured approach to leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science and currently pursuing a Credit Analyst and Relationship Management Training Program.
